Coin Empire privacy policy

Information used to run the game

Coin Empire is an online game. We store your username, chosen display name and character, a salted password hash, account identifier, login sessions, game progress, virtual balances and transaction history. Public profiles, clubs, listings and other shared content are visible to other players. Please do not use your real name or include private information in shared content.

If you enable push notifications, we store a device registration identifier and token, platform, notification preferences and delivery status. Firebase Cloud Messaging and Apple Push Notification service deliver notifications. You can disable notifications in the game and in your device settings.

We also process block lists, abuse reports and associated content evidence to keep the community safe. When you contact support by email, we receive your email address and the information you send. Never send passwords, private keys or payment details.

Purposes and providers

We use this information for account access, saving and synchronizing progress, shared game transactions, requested notifications, support, fraud prevention and moderation. Our backend and backups are hosted on Google Cloud in Canada; infrastructure and notification providers may process data in other countries. We use Google Firebase for notification delivery and Apple services for iOS delivery.

Optional rewarded advertisements

Versions with advertising enabled use Google AdMob to offer optional rewarded ads. Earlier versions without advertising do not use this feature. Ads are currently being tested with restricted access; they are not enabled for all players. You can choose not to watch an ad and continue playing.

Google Mobile Ads may process your IP address (including an estimate of general location), device or account identifiers, ad interactions, and technical diagnostics for advertising, measurement and fraud prevention. The information processed depends on your platform, privacy choices and the ad request settings. See Google's privacy policy and how Google uses information from apps.

When you request a reward, our server reserves an offer linked to your game account. We send an internal account identifier and a unique offer token to Google for reward verification, not your password or display name. Google's signed callback lets our server verify the ad transaction and prevent duplicate rewards. We retain reward transaction identifiers and account-linked accounting records as described below.

Where applicable, Google's consent controls explain ad data use and offer privacy choices. When available, use Ad privacy options in the game settings to review or change those choices. The current integration requests age-restricted ad treatment for all players and does not request personalized advertising. We do not sell account passwords or shared player content to advertisers.

Firebase also processes technical diagnostics and anonymous information about device, operating-system, app and SDK versions for notification reliability and service improvement. Firebase states that its user-agent information is not linked to a user or device identifier. Notification registration tokens are associated with your game account on our server. Our earlier TestFlight build 1 had Unity startup/device telemetry enabled; unused Unity telemetry is disabled starting with build 2. We do not send shared player text or game passwords to analytics providers.

Your choices and account deletion

In the game, open Account → Privacy & player safety → Delete account permanently. Enter your current password and type DELETE. This permanently revokes access, removes your public identity, friendships, device notification registrations and private settings. Your empire cannot be recovered. Open offers are cancelled using the existing refund rules; existing shared financial contracts continue to protect other players.

Limited records under an account identifier, including accounting and simulation data needed for shared transactions, can remain without your username or display name. Safety evidence may be retained to investigate abuse. These records are not used to restore your account. For access, correction, deletion questions or an inaccessible account, email support; we may request information to verify ownership, but never your password.

Retention and security

Account data is kept while the account is active. Deletion removes the information described above from the live service. Encrypted cloud backups expire after 30 days; a restore must reapply subsequent deletion requests before reopening access. Resolved safety reports are retained for up to 90 days after resolution; unresolved reports remain until reviewed. Shared accounting records remain where needed to preserve other players’ contracts and transaction history. Support correspondence is kept only as needed to resolve and document your request.

We use HTTPS, restricted server access and password hashing. No service can guarantee absolute security. Contact support if you believe your account or information has been compromised.

Audience and updates

Coin Empire is intended for players aged 13 and older and is not directed at children under 13. If a child has provided personal information without appropriate permission, a parent or guardian can contact support to request help. This policy will be updated when the service or its data practices change.
